OUR PROCESS

01 | PRELIMINARY MEETING

Start by assessing your budget for both the lot and home construction. Connect with a lending professional to get pre-qualified and establish your project budget. If you need assistance finding a lender, we can recommend trusted options. Once you've chosen a property, we'll visit the site to evaluate its terrain, which will inform our project design.

02 | DESIGN

No matter how long you have been dreaming of your building project, you probably have a basic idea of the style and design that you would like. A custom designed home is tailored to your family and lot. Bring your own plans or collaborate with us to revise or create new plans. Our architect will work with you and your builder to craft a home that suits your needs, preferred style, desired square footage, and budget, all while fitting the lot.

03 | PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

Time for a team meeting. The pre-construction meeting will happen before any construction takes place on your new home. We will meet with you to review the construction floorplans, budget, contract, selection schedule and allowance summary. It’s a good idea that you bring all the questions that you have at this point. We will take the time to answer each questions and explain each process with patience and care. After the meeting takes place, the construction will begin shortly.

04 | CONSTRUCTION

As the construction process begins, you are finally able to see your dream become a reality! Each home that we build surpasses the expectations of the homebuyer, and we insist on providing quality every step of the way. Once the job has been completed and cleaned up, we do a walk-through with you to make sure that everything has turned out just as you envisioned.

05 | FINAL WALKTHROUGH

Now’s the time to see how we met and exceeded your expectations. The walk-through process is an exciting time that allows a review of everything in the home. The mechanical systems and special features in your new home are then inspected. We also offer a 1-year warranty on our workmanship, and, when applicable, product warranties transfer to you. Our goal here is to ensure that you are satisfied with the end result. Welcome to your new custom home.
