Matt, inspired by his collegiate football journey at the University of Tulsa, honed essential skills such as teamwork, resilience, and adaptability. Completing his degree at the University of Arkansas, Matt eagerly embraced the challenges of the business world. Whether at the helm of an insurance agency, motivating personal training clients, or delving into real estate ventures, Matt has the business experience and acumen to expertly chart our course, shape our aspirations, and foster ongoing progress. At our core, Matt uplifts every team member, igniting creativity, and propels us toward extraordinary achievements.

Matt and his wife love spending their free time, with friends and family, working out, traveling or spendings a sunny afternoon at the lake.

Josiah's passion is helping clients turn their visions into reality by crafting quality homes designed to be cherished for years to come. With over a decade of experience as an officer and pilot in the Air Force, Josiah brings a unique blend of leadership experience, project management skills, and attention to detail to the custom home construction industry. His military background underscores the importance of thorough planning and execution, ensuring that each project is completed with precision and care.

A proud graduate of the University of Arkansas (GO HOGS!), Josiah holds a graduate degree in operations management, which he leverages to provide efficient and knowledgeable service to his clients throughout every step of their homebuilding journey.

Born and raised in Arkansas, Josiah enjoys indulging in his hobbies of fishing, flying airplanes, and exploring the outdoor wonders of Northwest Arkansas with his wife and son.

As the Custom Homes Manager, Kyle thrives to give the homeowners a one of a kind homebuilding experience. Kyle grew up in Northwest Arkansas and enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.

Through consistent communication and assistance, Kyle ensures the homebuilding process will be less daunting with the personal touches given all along the way.

Through his role as leader of Business Operations, Blake brings to Kevin Gerlt Construction organizational clarity and communication to ensure that the team is pulling in the same direction. His organizational skills and follow-through to execute the business plan and properly manage projects help make the business stronger. Blake oversees various functions within the business allowing the team to remain customer focused.

Blake attended the University of Central Arkansas where he lettered for the Bears baseball team and received both bachelor and master degrees in business.

Blake and his wife, Madison, are Northwest Arkansas natives and have two children. In his free time, you can find Blake on the golf course, traveling with family or practicing photography.
